Elizabeth Montagu’s Correspondence Online Shortlisted for the Swansea University Research and Innovation Awards 2020
On the 30th of January 2020, the Elizabeth Montagu’s Correspondence Online project was shortlisted for the 2020 Swansea University Research and Innovation Awards, in the category of Outstanding Contribution to the Arts, Culture and Society (sponsored by Crunch Simply Digital), sharing the listing with the ‘Applied Linguistics and Welsh research at Swansea: impact and influence of the Welsh Corpus Project’ and ‘The Hafod Morfa Copperworks: Communities, Partners and Heritage-led Regeneration’. It was a wonderful ceremony, which really showcased the diverse and creative approaches to a wide variety of research themes, both in the Humanities and STEM, and EMCO is honoured to be a part of such a vibrant research community. Our congratulations go out to all the winners at the ceremony, particularly to The Hafod Morfa Copperworks project, winner of the Outstanding Contribution to the Arts, Culture and Society category. EMCO would like to thank Swansea University, the Research and Innovation Awards, and the sponsors.
